Our concierge, Emma Gray, was exceptional. She was patient and allowed us all the time we needed for her to find exactly what we wanted. Well with the exception of the top deck and outdoor balcony which was unfortunately not available for the trip we wanted at the time specified. However, we were happy to compromise on this detail as the trip included all the excursions that we wanted. If an upgrade to an upper deck cabin with an outdoor cabin, we would be happy to upgrade with any extra cost incurred. Keep this concierge, she is brilliant.
