ANTI-HARASSMENT POLICY
WaterStreetMissionseekstopromoteaprofessional,respectfulandproductiveworkenvironmentforallvolunteers,staff, andpersonsserved.Unwelcomeconductthatadverselyaffectsanindividualisunacceptable.WaterStreetMissionwillnot tolerateverbal,visual,orphysicalconductbyanyteammemberorotherpersonthatharasses,disrupts,orinterfereswith another’swork/volunteerperformanceorthatcreatesanintimidating,offensive,orhostileworkenvironment.Noformof harassmentordiscriminationwillbetolerated.
Specialattentionshouldbegiventosexualharassment.Noperson,eithermaleorfemale,shouldbesubjected verbally,visually,orphysically,tounsolicitedandunwelcomesexualoverturesorconduct.Behaviorthatamounts tosexualorotherharassmentshallresultindisciplinaryaction,uptoandincludingimmediatedismissalfrom volunteerservice.
