You will definitely find the definition of Artist, Poet, writer, Author on Google, Wikipedia etc. But does every Artist all over the world gives thumbs up to it… No! And this is because the technical definition will give you the information but won't make you bring with the reason, what makes one become an artist.

Art has no boundaries, no limits, no caste and religion either. It's just a flow of creation, different perspective, concepts that are out of the boxes. Every artist has an different definition to his/her art. Artists are never alone as an art in them is best to it. We can say that one who makes a different world full of creative vibes, explores his or her imagination by colors, paradises it with power of words in the form of poetry, upgrades the information by updating it with blogs and a book of author which says story that is ever heard by any creation of on this planet until he revels it.

Where qualities and art in them becomes wings to their life the definitely takes high swoop towards the destination. Performing arts are distinguished by this performance element in contrast with disciplines such as visual and literary arts where the product is an object that does not require a performance to be observed and experienced. The mystery of poetry is all down to its interpretation. Rather than expressing ideas or emotions in the narrative form, poetry attempts to use visual images captured in the imagination. Author is “the person who originated or gave existence to anything”. Every Artist is an magician.

Kafan bandhe sina tane khade hai ye javaan ... khauf kise, dar kis baat ka, Jab sarjami ko palko pe bichaye baitha yaha, Har waar ke dard ko himmat ki takhti se chupa jata.... aye javaan tu kaise ye sab seh jata, Hum parindo si udaan bharte rahte hai Liye umag aur jasba,... bhul jaate hai ki pankho ki hifazat kaun karta hai tere siva.....

Vatan ki sarhado ko apni baho me liye tu chalta raha Jaate jaate bhi unki fikar kar mehfus baho me soaupta chala.....

Apne tirange ki salamti me Tu raat din ek karta raha Aye khudake ke paakh farishte Tum hari hifazat me marta raha...

Har tufaan, aandhi ko jvaab dete dete apne lahu ki nadiyo me behta chala Humpe khatre ka saya lehrane se pahle..... Use mitata raha....

"Everyone is Right" “Everyone is right in their own way, what we think and what we want, we do it, even if it is against our society”. Everyone is born with their own thoughts and aims which are right for them, we can’t say if anyone is wrong or the things he has done are wrong. Nor do we have any rights to prove others wrong. We make our own principles and we follow them, once they are broken we consider our self-wrong.

What do you think, I may be right or wrong from your point of view?

Here in this blog, I will describe how I feel everyone is right, maybe reading this you may change your point of view at looking at others. Once on whats App, I sent messages to all of my buddies the message was this “Everything that happens in this world is right, the thing that matter is that how we look at it”. One of my colleagues answered me “Just because everything has a reason doesn’t mean that it’s right”. But what I think is that how we look at things matters a lot, everything has two sides positive and negative. Anything that you have done is against the principle of our society it means that you are wrong but if it’s within the principles of our society than it is right.

But as per my view “No, not at all” it is not like that, we do things when we feel yes we are doing right whether it is accepted by the world or not but I am right that’s the reason I have done it.

Then why do we give our society an option to judge us? Its clear Nature doesn’t categorize as “right” “wrong”. We are the one, yes we humans are the ones who categorize right and wrong.

I will try to explain you in my way, let say you like someone’s behaviour it means that, the person with whom you are interacting is just within your principles and at the same time, if he/she is not within your principles you will suggest someone else that the person is not good.

It's just that we have created our own principals and our own rules to follow, and we work on the same. I will give you other best example on the basis of our country. We have two people-one is terrorist and on another side we have army, both do the same things one kills the people in society for their personal interest and other kill them for protecting their society (Here I had just given this example to clarify my doubt my intention here is not to support anyone this is just an example). Here in this example both are doing the same things killing humans but here what we will say that army is doing the right thing, yes they are because they are following the global principle of peace but whereas terrorist is doing the same thing just for their personal interest which is too small in front of the world. So here we say that the army is right any terrorists are wrong it’s simple.

But here I have a second question for you (The person who is reading this)?

Have you ever killed an insect? Yes. everyone has definitely killed an ant. If yes then even you are terrorist for them, they will never say but you are because even you had taken someone’s life.

Here in this blog what I have to say is that just don’t prove others wrong. Everyone is right within themselves they do it because they think they are right. If you think that they are wrong, you can do two things: 1. Put yourself in their position and see, I bet you even you will fill right. or 2. How I achieved my Health Goals & lost 18Kgs in 6 months.

Last week when I posted my pictures,one from last year & one taken this very month I received an overwhelming response, everyone just asking me one question “How did you loose so much?”

Lossing so much weight and fat in inches is extremely difficult or next to impossible while suffering from thyriod and PCOS. But I could do the impossible. A wise man said' start by doing what is necessary, then what's possible and within no time you will be doing the impossible' this quote motivates me immensely. This blog is for all those who were eager to know secrets & tips I used to achieve my health goals back then. Presently I have lost around 25 kgs. I weight 65kgs but even now I do not own a weighing scale, my advice to you would be if you have one please sell it on olx.

Measure health more than calories and body weight.

To begin with In 2017 November, my weight climbed up to 90kgs, my lifestyle had turned upside down, no more felt like myself, it took me lot of courage to even decide to take a step towards being healthy. I was detected with various ailments and it didn’t motivate me even to step out of my own house. But then slowly and steadily I began to change my own thought process, even though I had to deal with lot of criticism & opinions of some around me,I didn’t quit or ignore my desire to feel & look the way I dream. Well it’s said “Whatever the mind can perceive & believe the mind can achieve.”You might not even require this much time as much as I did. May be it happens much early. Totally depends on what oneself. It took me long time even to make my mind believe that I can achieve what I’m dreaming. I would just say one thing to all you people, no matter who says what to you, be your own best friend, instead of criticising your own self fill your mind with positive thoughts, attitude which will be your approach. If I can achieve loosing so much weight so can you but the first step is positive self dialogue. I began questioning my own thoughts first, I started observing my own behavior more, my own eating habits, my sleeping pattern, the time of day when I feel energetic. I observed myself keenly & changed somethings which made me feel that they are blocking my growth. The three keys to a healthy weight loss (without pills or any kind of medication):1)Balanced diet which doesn’t kill your appetite.

2)Workout routine which strengthens muscle and bones more.

3)Rejuvinating sleep. These are the three pillars of health.

1)What do I mean by a balanced diet which doesn’t kill appetite? The food you eat has 50% to 60% of total impact on your weight loss or inch loss. Rest 20% is workout & 20% Sleep. We all have heard new diet trends, only fruits for a week or GM diet, or just skip some meals but I didn’t believe in following anything out of these diets. It all felt like I’m betraying my own self to me.Instead I choosed to know more about the science behind food & way my body responds to meals that I eat. *I ate more Ghee, the logic behind eating more ghee is that it helps move the stubborn fat in the body. This is the reason why I achieved my goal more efficiently.’Ghee makes one fat is a huge myth’ Eating more ghee makes one really smarter & healthier, this is what I can say from my experience.*whenever I have a meal I make sure I eat enough to satisfy my hunger, I observe that I’m not undereating or overeating. Please try & eat properly,when you feel energetic,satisfied & happy you definitely had a good meal.I began eating more home cooked food, more seasonal something which grows around me, For Eg.when it is summer I don’t avoid eating mangoes,instead I eat them well.Choosing seasonal food is simple, anything & everything which is grown in that particular season for Eg. Sugar cane is harvested in winters & it’s juice is a great detox,I make sure to have it after Diwali.In my case I don’t avoid any food except for the things that are really not suitable for my body.*Rice is amazing and it doesn’t add up to belly fat, I had Dal Rice or Milk rice as my dinner. It helped me wake up fresh, not bloated and energetic.I do enjoy eating fried food like samosa, wada Paav, bhaji, Chakali, etc. & sweets are something I can never say no to.But I watch how I eat it & when I eat it, If I want to have fried or sweet I have that strictly in day time before 6pm.

Here are some quick tips:1)Start your day with a Fruit, anything that is easily available & seasonal.

2) instead of eating all at once you can eat small meals every two hours.

3)Make sure you eat ghee well & know that this is the magic ingredient which will help u loose weight quicker.

4)Eat according to your own appetite, don’t compare,just have a good meal & make sure u didn’t over eat. Know when to stop eating.(Requires self observation) 5)Eat Home cooked mostly, if not home cooked at least food that is local & seasonal.

6)Drink water sip by sip all day whenever you feel thirsty.

7)stop measuring calories, your weight, food quantity that u eat, water that u drink in liters. You are a human being and not a machine. Let your counsious do the measuring.

8)You can have Sharbats, Nariyal Paani,Milk shakes etc in between a meal.

9)Try moving more than sitting, don’t sit continuously for more than 30mins. Stand, walk.

Inactivity is a sign of dead.

10)Avoid packaged food, anything which has added preservatives.

11)Work out, do anything that you love it can be Skipping, Cycling,Yoga,Gym,Swimming, DancingZumba,Bharatnatyam,Kathak,Etc. Choose your pick.

12)Workout for at least 7/8 days of the month, twice a week for just 60 mins. a day. Too hard? It’s Just a week out of a month!

13) Walk around more, BTW walking is an activity it’s not a form of a work out. But it is equally needed.

14)Have a fresh fruit or even fruit juice 15-20 mins before workout, post workout try including something like potatoes or bananas into your diet.

15)Whey Protein is excellent for health & you can use one scoop a day,definitely!

16)Sleep for 6-8 hours at night, avoid sleeping during the day time.

17)Feel ,think & imagine the joy you will feel after you achieve your goal to be fit. Do it daily.

18)Weightloss has nothing to do with a slim-toned body. Focus more on strengthening your muscles.

I hope these tips help you all to get to your desired goals, this is how I achieved to manage my health. The feeling is wonderful when I feel more healthy & strong each morning I wake up.
