EverysecondThursdayofthemonth,DawnbringsherexpertisetoProjectNew Hope,providingfree30-minutereflexologysessionstoVeteransandtheirFamily members.Thesesessionsaremorethanjustarelaxingbreak;theyareacrucial partoftheholistichealingprocessthatProjectNewHopeadvocates. Reflexology,anancientpracticethatinvolvesapplyingpressuretospecific pointsonthefeet,hands,andears,hasbeenshowntoalleviatestress,improve circulation,andpromoteoverallwell-being.
Dawn'sapproachisrootedinadeepunderstandingof theuniquechallengesfacedbyVeteransandtheir Families.Herabilitytocreateasoothingenvironmentand offerpersonalizedcaremakeseachsessiona transformativeexperience.Veteranswhohavereceived treatmentsfromDawnoftenspeakoftheimmenserelief andrenewedsenseofpeacetheyfeelafterward.

With great enthusiasm, we introduce our summer series for the Central Mass Women Veteran group a community initiative designed specifically for our female Veterans, Reserve, and Active Military, and National Guard members. This program aims to foster a nurturing environment where courageous women can build relationships, share experiences, and access valuable resources and support.
