Thisyear,we'veexpandedournormalselectionofretreatsinasignificantway,andwe're thrilledtointroduceyoutoTheCortinaMethod(TCM)-arevolutionarybrain-basedhealing methodologydesignedtoresolvetrauma.DevelopedbytraumaresolutionexpertMichael Cortina,TCMisabeaconofhopeforthosestrugglingwithpasttrauma.
TCMisnotyourtypicaltherapy.It'sauniqueblendofneuroscienceandoptimism,amethod thatdoesn'trequireyoutoreliveorreexperiencedistressingemotions.Instead,itfocuseson brainoptimizationandreprocessing,teachingyourbraintorespondtolifeinpositiveways.
