The Personality Of Elon Musk

Elon Musk is widely known as one of the best entrepreneurs in our time. That is because of his success in various industries such as automotive, aerospace, solar energy, satellite, financial services, etc.

According to Forbes (2017), Elon Musk ranked No.21 in the most powerful CEO's of 2017 list and No.80 in the Forbes 2017 billionaires list. This much of achievements for the 45 years is an impossible thing to believe. While searching what makes him so successful, I found some special personal characteristics of him.

Personal Traits 1.INTJ Personality

According to Bhardwaj (2017), Elon Musk has an INTJ (Introversion, Intuition, Thinking, Judgement) type of personality trait. His decision–making isn't emotional. It's logical. Elon Musk is very work oriented and works curiously and incuriously to improve his future. According to Rodionova (2016), Elon Musk is working 85 to 100 hours per week to complete his targets. It is not good for your balanced life but that is how an INTJ personality type entrepreneur works....show more content...

Curiosity

Curiosity means the needfulness in the mind to explore the world and learn everything in the world. It's very common characteristics among successful people. Elon Musk was a book lover since his childhood. According to the interview of Foundation's Kevin Rose (2012), Elon Musk said that he is reading a lot of books and like to talk to people. So it's very helpful for him to have information about what is going on the world. And also he said that he loves to read biographies of people. Me Myself and Personality Traits When asked to describe myself I never know what to say, but I should know myself the best, right? I like to look at myself as a genuine, thoughtful young lady. I'm a hard worker; I believe nothing is ever handed to you so you have to go get it. I worked hard to get to this point of my life and working even harder to get to the successful and graduate part of my life. I care more for some others than I do myself but I have a huge nonchalant attitude. I don't really show anger or sadness much I always smile because I'm optimistic about life. I look at life as if something bad comes along, no need to dwell on it you can't take it back so just move–on and improve what you did wrong if it's possible....show more content...

I was taught to be caring and thoughtful; I wasn't taught anything else from anyone other than not to trust people. I'm the odd ball of my family because I am nothing like anyone. I can say I was also taught to believe in myself and never down myself because I can accomplish anything. That is shown through my determination and hard work because if I didn't believe in myself I wouldn't try as hard. Last but not all, Humanistic approach sums up my personality a little more than psychodynamic does because it involves nature vs. nurture and that kind of sums it up just saying that. Environment and Heredity is kind of the main reasons of my attitudes and actions. In the article, Time–Limited Psychodynamic Psychotherapy, Briggs conducts different forms of psychotherapy techniques to prove whether things in an adolescent's life effect different adolescents differently. His study was a success and proved that many adolescents have different interpretations on the same issue. He read them off different problems and wanted to see how they would interpret them. He used children in the age groups of 12–17 and it worked out. I think that the different approaches can be brought together in some circumstances but in my case it doesn't. My personality makes more sense coming from the humanistic approach. Briggs, Stephen (2010). Time–Limited Psychodynamic Psychotherapy for Adolescents and Young Adults. Essay on Me Myself and Personality Traits

"Do not be afraid". That is my favorite motto to live by because every day, everyone faces some sort of fear. This short phrase reminds me to stay brave and focus on the good in my life and all around me. In my life, my greatest love is my family and friends. These 2 things keep me happy in life and they are all I need to get through anything in my life and help me follow my motto. These 2 things are also the things I treasure most in my life. In my friends, I value their ability to make me laugh, no matter the circumstances. There is not a day in my life where my friends don't make me laugh. My greatest extravagance in my life is going on cruises in the cars that my dad brings home from his job. He works at a car lot in MN, and every day...show more content...

One thing people always compliment is my hair, so I think that it's my most marked characteristic. However, the thing I dislike most about my appearance is my height; that's another thing people always comment on. One thing I would change about myself is my confidence level. I am always doubting myself and if I could, it would be the thing I would change. As for my family, I would change how loud we are. We are always talking really loudly and it's something I don't like most of the time. The characteristic I like most in a woman is her humor; I always like when people can make me laugh. As for a man, I like when they are goodhearted. One trait I deplore in myself is my laziness. I always want to get out and do things, but I use my laziness as an excuse, and that's something I hate. In others, the trait I most deplore is unfriendliness. Phrases that I overuse are "you know what?", "OMG", "like", "why not?". Some people in my life impact it more then they know. In my life, my biggest heroes are my parents. They are someone that I can always look up to for advice, laughter, and happiness. A person in my life I admire is my brother. He is always there for me and isn't afraid to work for what he wants, stand up for what he believes in, and share his thoughts and opinions, all the time. He always knows how to make me happy, no matter the circumstances. I don't have a historical figure that I identify with,

My Favourite Book

It's hard to imagine our lives without books. We learn a lot of interesting things when we read books. Books are our great friend, teachers and advisers. They teach us how to take the next step when we are in a difficult situation. They help to shape our life. It is impossible to become an educated person without books. Besides, books play an important role in upbringing our feelings, views and tastes; give us a lot of useful information. Frankly speaking I'm not a bookworm but when I have spare time I read books with great pleasure. It seems to me that books are a source of emotional inspiration and romantic feelings, it's a miracle in some way, because an author provides a story and a reader can conjure the characters...show more content...

My favorite classes this year were Mrs. Menzel's two english classes. I have learned so much about myself as a reader, student, and an intellectual. Through both of her classes, we were given endless amounts of opportunity. What I mean by this is, we got to choose our own topics to study, books to read, and subjects to write about. We were truly treated like adults, which in my eyes, helped prepare us for the "real world". Her willingness to let us grow as individuals was very inspiring, because she believed that we could do it on our own, with a little push whenever we needed it. I have gotten the chance to discover that I actually enjoy reading! Specifically, I discovered that Jodi Picoult might be my favorite author as of now. Also, I realized that writing is one of my favorite things to do, it is a passion of mine and I hope I can continue it somehow with the career that I choose. Personally, her two classes have helped me grow as a speaker, writer, and reader. In her CCC class, I was able to write a profile on my dad, which really strengthened my relationship with him. After printing him a copy, and seeing tears in his eyes made me very grateful for this experience to share with him how much of a role model he is to me. In her English Lit class, I was able to ask my grandma and mom what books they would recommend for me. Having these conversations with them made their hearts warm, since I was showing interest in books for once (they are both book lovers). Her class pushed me to be the best that I can, and it wasn't for the grade that I got. It was for learning about myself, and what I was capable of. That's when I learned that her classes are actually changing me as a student. For an example, when I was working on a project, I wasn't basing every single sentence on what the rubric told me to do. I was branching out and working on it because I truly wanted to learn more about the topic and put my all into it. Thankfully, I have matured a great amount as a student because of Mrs. Menzel and her life lessons through teaching, and by just being herself. I truly feel ready for college now because of Mrs. Menzel, and I am grateful for that. This year, I changed my intended major from Business to Education,

One person that has influenced my life was a girl named Jordan Lang. Jordan was a senior last year (2015–16) and she had the biggest influence on my school life. Jordan and I did not know each other until last year around August or September. Jordan Lang and I met during marching band. I did not know who she was because I did guard and Jordan did percussion. I noticed that she was wearing a 5 Seconds of Summer shirt after rehearsal and I came up to her and said that I liked her shirt. I don't remember what happened after that. I just knew her as the girl who liked 5 seconds of summer with me. We would hang out and drive in her car before stadium rehearsals or we would go to her house and eat food before we had a 4–hour rehearsal in the cold. I was devastated when the marching band ended for us because it was senior hug line and I started crying when I got to hug her in the line. A number of tears that wanted to escape my eyes on this night were astronomical. This was going to be the last time I was going to perform with her. I would not spend countless hours running set per set and us goofing around after practice. I would not see her for 20+ hours a week. After marching band was over we became better friends than I could imagine. Jordan never knew that she was the person who influenced me the most but Jordan made a huge impact in my life.Freshman year was rocky for me. I had family issues and not all my friends were being nice to one another or to me. I was sad and did

My Favorite Person

She was born in a small town called McCune, Kansas where she grew up with her three brothers and four sisters; she was the second youngest of eight. Growing up, she would always tell me how she didn't wear store bought clothes until the third grade, or how she would get up before the crack of dawn to go out to feed her bucket calf. She also told me how I would never make it living the farm life. Now a day, you can find her at Eureka City Hall working from eight to six to coming home, taking care of her family, and chasing her kids. Her name is Karen Simon, and she is my mom, an Army wife, and loving person. In 1993, she married her husband John Simon and four years later, she had her first daughter, Allison Simon, in 1997. In 2000, she had her favorite daughter, Hannah Simon, which is me. She is one of the most thoughtful people you will ever meet, and she will help her children with anything from homework to extracurricular activities projects. The first thing that comes to mind is her voice. At one point, it can soft and quiet like a small creek with the water flowing slowly, talking smoothly trying to calm her children down when they get upset. Next her voice is strong and harsh like a rapid river, going off on her children for something they didn't do or something they did wrong. Usually waking up Sunday morning to the noises of the banging pots and pans, and smells drifting from the kitchen. When she is working in the kitchen the family is reminded of Christmas, because

My Personality As A Doctor

After receiving my Bachelor of Science in Molecular Biology from the University of Texas at Dallas, I hope to get accepted into medical school and matriculate into Baylor College of Medicine in Houston, Texas and eventually become a general physician. I am well aware of the trials and tribulations that stand in the way of me becoming a physician, but it is something I've always envisioned myself doing. It is a task that demands tremendous patience, a strong courageous character, and the proper intention of doing nothing but absolute good to those who you serve. Being a doctor requires profound amounts of logical reasoning and unequivocal decisiveness. According to CareerTest.net (CareerTest.net, 2016), my personality is that of an ESTJ, known to be extroversive and more aware of there external environment and fulfill the "administrator" position. My personality is also known to love tradition, be down–to–earth, and loyal to his or her job. This website also entails that the ESTJ personality type is very self–conscious about his role in society and feels as if he needs to establish his membership through serving as a civil law–abiding civilian. An interesting aspect of this personality is his/her reaction to stress. CareerTest.net claims that stress affects the ESTJ personality type physically, experiencing illness, fatigue, and uncomfortable body sensations. In addition, the ESTJ personality type fears being closed off by other people and begins to become incapacitated when
