Aural Skills - Intervals!
Name .................................. Class ...........
Ascending Interval Recognition Definition: Intervals are the distance between 2 notes - such as C to G. Why recognise intervals aurally? Because they form the basic building blocks of music. If you can recognise the distance between notes you can learn to sing/play anything you hear, compose any type of music (heroic or horror) and understand how harmony works.
