LEGENDARY COLLECTORS

Bill and Acey Wolgin stand as legends in the art world of Philadelphia, Boca Raton, and beyond. Acey was a longstanding trustee at the Philadelphia Museum of Art. Bill was chairman of the board of the Boca Raton Museum of Art, and he oversaw the rebuilding of that wonderful institution. Along with Sidney and Jacqueline Wolgin, Bill and Acey created the Wolgin Education Center that continues to thrive and serve the community of Palm Beach County. Most recently, Bill was a trustee at Woodmere Art Museum, and with Acey he brought guiding vision and vitality into every strategic discussion. Well into his centennial year, Bill was instrumental in envisioning the current expansion of Woodmere. He participated in board discussions with undiminished directness, intelligence, and positive spirit top right Bill and Acey in Paris above Bill and Acey, Atlantic City Art Show, 1963
