Your Medical Property is a specialised real estate business focused exclusively on medical, healthcare, and allied health assets. We work with developers, investors, operators, and practitioners to create, lease, and manage medical facilities that add long-term value to both landlords and tenants. Our unique market expertise ensures that every asset is positioned to succeed in an evolving healthcare landscape.
The Leasing Executive will play a key role in driving the leasing performance of our portfolio of medical and healthcare properties. The role is responsible for generating leasing leads, nurturing relationships with healthcare tenants, negotiating lease transactions, and supporting the broader business in achieving strong commercial outcomes for our clients.
Leasing Strategy & Execution: Work with the Director/Head of Leasing to develop and implement targeted leasing campaigns for new developments and existing assets. Manage end-to-end leasing processes including enquiry management, tenant inspections, proposal negotiation, and lease finalisation.
Business Development & Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with healthcare operators, GPs, specialists, allied health practitioners, and corporate healthcare groups. Network with industry stakeholders to identify emerging trends and new tenant opportunities. Act as a trusted advisor to both landlords and tenants, ensuring win-win outcomes.
Market Knowledge & Research: Maintain a strong understanding of the healthcare property market, including tenant demand, rental benchmarks, and competitive activity. Prepare market intelligence reports and leasing recommendations for clients.
Administration & Reporting: Maintain accurate leasing records, pipeline updates, and enquiry logs. Provide regular leasing reports and updates to internal teams and clients.
•Experience in commercial property leasing, ideally within medical, office, or retail property sectors.
•Strong negotiation and deal-closing skills with a solutions-focused mindset.
•Ability to develop and maintain long-term professional relationships.
•Commercially astute with a good understanding of leasing structures and documentation.
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
•Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
•A current Victorian driver’s licence and willingness to travel to sites as required.
