Sometimes your doctor will tell you, you could possibly lower your blood pressure by doing things such as: ● Eating healthy foods ● Getting the right amount of exercise ● Getting the appropriate amount of sleep ● Decrease your stress ● Stop smoking ● Stop or limit your caffeine intake ● And more Following the list above can be great in general, but if your blood pressure is high it is a great start to helping you lower your blood pressure.
