Elections or Discernment? Considering the size of the org and the fact that most of the
members are still not familiar with each other, Ding and I have chosen to have the graduating members of the EB to discern on who the successors of the organization will be.
How it works: Open applications to all the undergraduate members of the
organization (Core team and EB) Provide positions open with their job descriptions After aspirants send in their applications, the graduating members of the EB will discern on who will take the position that they’ve applied for, and duly appoint into position people they see fit for vacant positions in the EB
Any complaints or any revisions on this procedure should be raised
before the end of the next EB meeting (February 8, 2012; 4:30-6:00pm; Matteo Up Table D10). If none will be raised, this will be deemed final.
