POKER RUN TO BENEFIT ONE HEART The 15th Annual Butler Chain Poker Run takes place Saturday, July 3, and benefits the nonprofit One Heart for Women and Children. Hands are $20 a piece. The run starts at the Bird’s Nest Boathouse on Lake Sheen at 10 a.m., and all boats must return to the dock by 3 p.m. The event includes Porkies Original BBQ, hot dogs and French fries to be served upon return to the dock. There will be prizes for first, second and third places and for the worst hand. A silent auction and raffle prizes are part of the fun.
