Dr. Kristy K. Taylor
is the founder of WORxK Solutions, LLC and creator of the WORxK Principle™, a behavioral agility framework that strengthens mindset, communication, and leadership effectiveness. She is a PARWCC Certified Career Coach, Certified HR Organizational Development Practitioner, and an ICF-accredited Executive Coach. She has lectured at Yale University and was selected as one of Harvard’s Women in Higher Educational Leadership. Dr. Taylor delivers high-impact workshops and coaching designed to enhance career branding, communication, teambuilding, conflict management, leadership effectiveness, and organizational culture. Her training portfolio includes work with Pathways to Housing DC, American University, Walmart, iFundWomen, and hundreds of 1:1 clients. She integrates behavioral assessment methodologies to deepen self-awareness, guide behavior change, and improve workforce performance. THE WORxK PRINCIPLE™ WORKPLACE EXCELLENCE SERIES
The WORxK Principle™ Workplace Excellence Series is designed to strengthen communication, leadership capability, team effectiveness, resilience, and long-term career growth. Grounded in the five pillars of the WORxK Principle™ - Work Toward Goals, Open Communication, Resilience Building, eXcellence in Performance, and Keep Growing - the series equips individuals and organizations with the skills necessary to thrive in today’s evolving workplace. Each workshop incorporates behavioral assessment insights to deepen self-awareness and enhance learning outcomes. The series uses DISCflex™ as its foundation and integrates additional tools based on client needs. Each workshop runs approximately three hours and may be taken individually or as part of the full series. This foundational workshop uses DISCflex™ behavioral insights to help participants understand their tendencies, strengths, and performance patterns. Participants examine how behavioral habits influence daily interactions, decision-making, collaboration, and workplace outcomes. This workshop provides an advanced approach to conflict resolution and team effectiveness by integrating behavioral agility strategies with the Thomas-Kilmann Conflict Mode Instrument (TKI), the recommended assessment for this session Participants examine how behavioral tendencies and conflict modes influence collaboration, accountability, and team performance. The session equips teams with practical tools to reduce friction, strengthen alignment, and build the habits that support highperformance outcomes.

Traditional DISC vs. DISCflex™: What’s the Difference?
Core Concept
Report Personalization
A self-assessment tool based on the four behavioral styles: Dominance, Influence, Steadiness, Compliance.
Often provides general, "cookiecutter" information and tips based primarily on the highestscoring factor(s).
An enhanced DISC assessment that focuses on flexing (adjusting) one's natural behavior to better suit different situations. Includes sub-factor analysis, providing a deeper level of insight.
Reports are highly personalized to the individual's specific scores for all four factors, providing unique insights and tailored tips.
360° Feedback Component
Typically does not include an external perspective in the standard report.

Incorporates a 360° component by including 3rd-Party Perception (How co-workers, friends, or family see the person's behavior), which can be compared to self-perception.
