Captain Martin Fritsch brings over a decade of hands-on experience aboard yachts ranging from 20 to 50 meters, including five years dedicated to charter With a background in the French Navy and volunteer firefighting, Martin blends discipline, calm authority, and a deep sense of responsibility into every journey He’s worked closely with trusted crew members Teo and Carole in the past, forming a reliable and wellcoordinated team.
A passionate watersports enthusiast, Martin has also competed in wakeboard competitions bringing an energetic, playful edge to his role as captain His favorite charter destinations include the Porquerolles Islands, Cap Taillat, Corsica, Porto Venere, and Capri When asked what he’d rename the yacht, he says: “AQUALAND ” Off the water, he’d still be in service whether in uniform or saving lives Guests value his quiet strength, unwavering focus on safety, and the warm, adventurous spirit he brings to every charter.


Now in his seventh season in yachting, Teo brings a dynamic blend of energy, technical skill, and enthusiasm to his role as Deckhand on vessels ranging from 30 to 48 meters. A former high-level swimmer and passionate about sports and water activities, he thrives in any setting that combines motion and the sea. Always eager to assist guests with watersports while ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.
This marks his third charter season working alongside Captain Martin, adding strong teamwork and seamless coordination to the crew Guests appreciate his approachable nature, can-do attitude, and genuine passion for creating memorable moments on board.

Chef Ruben, a Spanish native, brings over 15 years of culinary experience from renowned 4- and 5-star hotels and restaurants across Mallorca and the Canary Islands. His cuisine is a celebration of fresh Mediterranean flavors, with standout specialties like paella, BBQ, oven-roasted fish, and vibrant, healthconscious dishes
Since stepping into the world of yachting, Ruben has cooked aboard yachts ranging from 30m to 62m, quickly earning a reputation for his creativity, precision, and ability to delight guests with every meal
