This was publicized during a press conference joined by the Director of the Sports Diplomacy Section of the Mexican Government’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs Erik Del Angel, in adding to diplomatic agents from the delegations participating in the tournament: Belgium, Romania, Russia, El Salvador, Chile, Ukraine, European Union, the United Kingdom, Canada, Azerbaijan, Turkey, Peru, and Kazakhstan, as well as a team from the Mexican Ministry of Distant Affairs.
