As these communities have an important role to play in the cultural experience around Qatar World Cup 2022, the Supply & Inheritance Committee (SC) has partnered with the SC Legacy Program, Josoor Institute, in a series of workshops to develop skills aimed at preparing community leaders to perform of cultural activities and community sports.

Hosted online and in person, workshops focused on the following six topics in the discussion process: Leadership, Influence, and Team Performance; Art & Planning; Discuss and Motivate; Delivery & Impact; the Work of Monitoring and Evaluation. These skills-based discussions not only provided important tools for the launch of the FIFA World Cup 2022, but also provided community leaders with new skills, networks, and knowledge to enhance their professional development.
