She was raised in China, Japan, and the University of California. She was born in Harbin, China, and is of Russian descent. Irene wanted to establish a central location for all language-related services and technologies so that her clients could access them easily. Using the most recent tools and resources, the ISO-certified organization now offers interpretation, website localization, video voiceover and subtitling, and translation services.
