The Smokaccia Laboratory is a fine-dining restaurant founded by Brigitta Houkamp and Chef Luca Mascolo.

This restaurant delivers an exciting experience as Chef Luca crafts innovative flavors in his laboratory, transforming the finest organic local ingredients into pure, unique creations.
