Thank You Dr. Lutz for a World-Class Education for our Students! After nineteen years as superintendent and twenty-five years with Millard Public Schools, Dr. Keith Lutz retires on June 30th. Under his leadership, the district has become a national leader in the areas of curriculum, student achievement, technology, strategic planning and facility management. Key accomplishments include: • Developing and following a Strategic Plan since 1990 • Encouraging an Advanced Placement culture with 25 AP course offerings and 54% of students completing at least one AP Course
• Creating a district of choice for families including Montessori programs, Core Academy, the state’s only K-12 International Baccalaureate Program • Developing five Career Academies in the fields of Health Sciences, Distribution and Logistics Management, Culinary Skills, Entrepreneurship and Education
