Ad Creation Working Dog Magazine will create your ad at a flat rate of $150, regardless of size. This includes basic design, image conversion to CMYK, and a digital proof sent to your email. You may make two (2) separate revisions and still be covered under the $150 ad creation fee. More than two (2) separate ad changes may incur additional charges. The ad creation fee will be due upon completion of the ad. Advertisers are responsible for providing their own graphics/images to appear in the advertisement (see Artwork Specifications - page 5).

Working Dog Magazine cannot be responsible for any color or position variation if advertiser does not adhere to the print requirements. Ad placement is at the discretion of the publisher. • We ONLY accept digital ads submitted as PDF (preferred), AI or EPS files.
• All graphics/images MUST be a minimum resolution of 300 dpi at 100% size and converted to CMYK. No RGB or spot colors (Pantone) are permitted.
• Ads with bleeds MUST extend .125 inches past the trim with a .25 inch safety on the inside.

Note: The forwarding of a signed insertion order or contract by the advertiser or its agency will be construed as an acceptance of all rates and conditions herein. The publisher reserves the right to reject any advertising and reserves the right to cancel this contract at any time, for any reason. The publisher reserves the right to place the word “advertisement” on advertisements that resemble editorial matter. Any cancellation to the contract by the advertiser or its agency must be written to the publisher (see Publisher’s address below). Full payment will be billed prior to publication. New advertisers must prepay first ad — no exceptions. Prime rate plus two percent (2%) per annum on all invoices not paid within 15 days. No new advertising will be accepted if an advertiser has an outstanding balance over 45 days.
