K&T’s customer service center has a new home at the WK&T Technology Park, a move that puts all customerrelated services in one location. “This is a positive move for the cooperative,” says WK&T CEO Trevor Bonnstetter. “Our operation will be on the campus of what will become the center of technology and innovation for the region.” A visit to the center will allow customers to meet a specialist to determine the best services for their broadband and entertainment needs at home or at a business. Customers can also stop by to pay a bill, and a 24-hour payment drop box is available in front of the building. Online payments are always an option, as well. “We can answer your tech questions and offer guidance on getting the most out of your broadband service,” says Michael Lee, director of sales and marketing at WK&T Telecommunications Cooperative. While WK&T no longer offers retail sales of electronics, computer repair services are available at the customer service center. Customers can take advantage of expert computer diagnostics, repairs and virus removal, says Natalie Morgan, customer operations manager. “You can bring your computer in, but we also do on-site
