Texans Who Are 60 Years of Age or Older May Be Eligible to Receive a Wide Range of Services: Congregate and home delivered meals at your local senior center Benefits Counseling - Medicare Part D Assistance Program, application for Medicare Saving Program, Low Income Subsidy (extra help with prescription drugs) Caregiver Support Services assists individuals 60+ with hearing aids, incontinence supplies, nutritional supplements, prescriptions, residential repair (must own your home), and Respite voucher Care Coordination assists individuals 60 and over with eye exams and glasses, hearing aids, medication assistance, Emergency Response Service (ERS), minor residential repair (must own your home), homemaker services, chore maintenance (lawn services only in Lubbock - limited slots available), and medical transportation Information, Referral and Assistance - Golden Resource Directory and 211 Database Individuals must be 60 and over
