ABOUT THE COPYWRITER Hello everyone, you, you and you, I am a tenacious veteran English educator with years of experiences in copywriting and editing, translating and proofreading and founded freelance copywriting Word Philocaly.

Here’s a little about me. I graduated from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln in the United States with a degree in Science and English. I am fluent in English, Chinese and Malay, and possess excellent computer skills with the facilitation of several operating systems and programs. Before putting my leg forward in the content writing industries, I was a lecturer at a private English institution teaching English as a Second Language to locats. Besides, I ran my own business, a English learning center where not only teaching English but also motivating students to strike fear in life in the face of adversity and to succeed beyond.

I had my first article published back in 2005 when I was just a student and since then have fallen head over heels in love with writing and surrounded myself with amazing bunch of like-minded people and expertise. I am a huge fan of freelance way of working and my portfolio ranges from scientific papers and speeches to furniture and confectionaries. I also excel in linguistics, science and teaching with relevant experiences.

I am also a work-in-progress good daughter, sister, teacher, friend, dreamer, wanderer, peacemaker, a strong believer in Pareto Principle and a worshiper of Ellen DeGeneres. I currently reside in Johor, Malaysia with my beloved family and would love to have a dog someday as my best chum. When I am not working, I enjoy travelling (a lot), running, learning languages, and talking to myself when nobody is watching.
