Application & Fees
The WCS enrollment application is available through the WCS website. All applications must be submitted with the non–refundable application fee to receive consideration:

Required Supplemental Materials
The following are required for applications to be considered complete and receive consideration:
- STAAR, ITBS, Stanford, or comparable standardized test scoring. (as available)
- Most recent report card and/or school transcript
Educator Reference/Recommendation Letter
Family Interview
Family interviews will be scheduled by WCS administration. Interviews will be with potential student(s), guardians, and the WCS administration/admissions panel.

Discounts for tuition and fees are available for staff families of WCS and FWBC as well as families with multiple students
Considered the introduction to a student's education journey, our fully accredited, half day Preschool program offers students a place to experience and explore the formal educational setting. Students will be in a contained classroom focusing on the social, emotional, and physical development necessary for future academic success. Teachers will introduce students to academic skills such as early literacy, math, arts, music, and more through experience and skill based learning. Half day programs will operate from 7:40 - 11:30 a.m.
Our fully accredited, full-day Preschool program focuses on preparing students for next steps in education. Students will learn within contained classrooms as well as through rotations in special classes: music, art, library, physical education, etc. Teachers will work with students on academic skills such as early literacy, math, arts, music, and more through experience and skill based learning with the goal of igniting curiousity and fostering holistic development Students enrolled in full day will have a lunch and rest time engrained in their daily rotations. Full day programs will operate from 7:40 - 2:30 p.m.
Junior Kindergarten
Junior Kindergarten is designed to support students who may need additional time and development of skills to prepare for the rigor of a traditional kindergarten program. Students enrolling must still be 5 years of age by September 1, but often will have a birthday later in the year (May - August). These students will follow traditional Kindergarten TEKS while utilizing expanded pacing and different resources to support development of skills as they prepare for Kindergarten.
Kindergarten
Our Kindergarten program is centered on full integration into educational practice. Curriculum are centered around the Texas Essential Knowledge and Skills standards as students are equipped with the foundations to support critical thinking, creativity, and a lifelong love of learning.

WCS Tuition and enrollment fees are reviewed yearly and approved by the WCS Committee to ensure competitive rates for families while supplying students with all of the necessary tools to best support their learning and growth.
Woodway Christian School uses FACTS Student Information System to support all educational and enrollment needs for WCS. Upon aceptance, families will be prompted to enroll in the FACTS Family Portal to complete all enrollment documents. Families must utilize the FACTS family portal for both enrollment and tuition/fees.

Enrollment is considered final when all forms and payments have been received through the FACTS Family Portal. Registration paperwork will include the following items to be completed by all WCS families for each student:

Enrollment fees will be assessed through FACTS Financial concurrent with the registration documents. Fees must be remitted by the given due dates for a student's registration to be considered final. All assessed fees are non-refundable and are subject to penalty if remitted beyond the given due dates.
