A new report by the Liechtenstein Institute on Self-Determination, "Emerging European Security Challenges," assesses three contemporary issues impacting security in Europe, how they are interconnected and the effects of this in a broader regional context. Based on discussions from a colloquium convened in Triesenberg, Liechtenstein, the report, examines in detail the Ukraine War, the war in Syria and the European refugees crisis.
