WELCOME TO THE WOODLANDS PREP INTERNATIONAL SCHOOL NEWSLETTER! We are excited about all the celebrations, events and activities that our team are planning for this semester. 2021 challenged us by engaging new people, perspectives and ideas. Living in our global campus is a unique experience for all our students, teachers and administrators. We encourage you to explore our inquiry leaders by reading our next newsletter because we will be presenting all our faculty by their nationalities, their recognitions and their academic and professional profiles. All of them send us inspiring thoughts to explain their values and beliefs. Come and find their voice in our upcoming Newsletter! As part of our friendly community, you´ll really get to know our daily routines. At the main entrance, we are doing some safety practices to protect ourselves for healthy reasons, so we can minimize risk and be aware and prevent the effects of COVID. We are doing our best effort to help our students to feel comfortable with the new way of life. They are helping us with their respect and discipline. We are proud of their daily effort.

Also, our teachers are prepared to develop an educational perspective about healthcare with a deep commitment to contribute with a positive attitude. The school combines social and technical aspects into our protocols. Every morning our students participate in the WPTV Morning News, so last week we celebrated Martin Luther´s King Day. A small group of students asked about civil rights information and we just mentioned that tolerance is a very important aspect for our IB learning profile. We are sure that our MYP and DP students will make a positive contribution to our society! Also, some of our young students watched the Presidential event last week. They were having a great moment at the cafeteria while we were working with the intellectual rigors to prepare them in a reflective lesson about democracy.
