MY SCHOOL, MY VOICE: Memorable experiences at Woodgrove Primary School Woodgrove Primary School strongly believes in providing quality educational programmes and experiences that enrich our students’ learning and development. Programmes include hands-on, experiential learning to ensure that our students are engaged in their own learning and that they learn to apply their skills and knowledge in real-world contexts. Learning comes alive for our students as we take them to places such as Madame Tussauds Museum and S.E.A. Aquarium at the Resorts World Sentosa, and the Singapore Zoo. Our students acquire awareness of the world around them as they venture abroad. Our Primary Five students visited Ho Chi Minh, Vietnam to learn more about the history and culture of one of the ASEAN countries, while our Primary six cohort toured Melaka to understand its rich heritage. Learning about farming and the outdoors in Singapore
Through such experiences, our students will gain knowledge beyond the text and learn essential life skills such as social interaction skills, communication skills, and problem-solving skills.
