Goal

Develop central policies and frameworks for faculty, students, and families, with clear/concise expectations and procedures that promote a safe and supportive learning environment.

Priorities

2.1 Update student and family handbooks to reflect clear guidelines and common understandings of the Woodford culture across divisions and all stakeholders.

2.2 Establish a behaviour management plan that is aligned and consistent for a seamless transition across divisions and years.

2.3 Streamline workflow and systems of operation.

2.4 Continually improve emergency procedures and preparation for unexpected occurrences with insight and alignment from relative authorities.

2.5 Provide channels for student involvement with policy reform.

2.6 Continue to refine and enhance our child protection framework.
