Goal

Strengthen and embody a school culture that values people and fosters caring, positive, and respectful relationships between students, staff and our community.

Priorities

4.1 Develop a common understanding of wellbeing and its importance in effective teaching and learning.

4.2 Educate and empower students and staff to feel safe, valued, and connected.

4.3 Cultivate an environment where all individuals feel comfortable to be themselves, have a sense of belonging, and ensure their voices are valued and supported.

4.4 Develop strategies to monitor wellbeing and welfare, as well as mentors that can help walk alongside new students or staff.

4.5 Foster a goal model that promotes growth mindset amongst staff and students.
