1.1 Evaluate and deliver effective curriculum, capitalizing on student strengths and interests across divisions that is aligned and based on best principles.

1.2 Develop performance reviews that evaluate achievement of all staff.

1.3 Set clear measures of success, with all students passing the qualifications they are preparing for and/or meeting their individual potential.

1.4 Invest in recruiting, retaining, and developing high-performing, passionate staff, who inspire students.

1.5 Recruit internationally-minded and qualified teachers that better represent our student population.
