As summer rolls along, I want to take a moment to share a few important updates and invite you to be part of some meaningful happenings at the Club.

Support Our Staff Picnic – Donate a Raffle Item!

Our annual Staff Appreciation Picnic is scheduled for Monday, Aug 11, and we’re looking forward to celebrating the incredible team that keeps the Club running smoothly all year long. One of the highlights of the event is our staff raffle, and we’d love your help in making it extra special. If you or your business would like to donate a raffle prize—gift cards, merchandise, services, or themed baskets—it would be greatly appreciated. Donations can be dropped off at my office anytime between now and Aug 8.

Heads Up: Member Surveys Coming Your Way

We’re always striving to improve your experience at Woodbridge, and your feedback plays a vital role. Beginning this week, you may receive a ClubIQ Member Survey by email. These surveys are being distributed gradually—about 15–20 per day—so not all members will receive one at once. If you’re selected, please take a few minutes to share your thoughts. Your voice matters, and your responses will help guide future improvements.

Golf Clock Project Update

We’re thrilled to share that thanks to your generous support, we’ve officially exceeded our fundraising goal for the new Golf Course Clock project! Engraved commemorative bricks have been ordered and are scheduled to be delivered in approximately six weeks. We can’t wait to install this beautiful and timeless addition to the course, made possible by the community spirit of our members.
