In this case, your mind. First, you feel burnt out in maybe one area of something you do. Then because you are burnt out in that area, that was helping keep up with a different part that you do. Now you have another part of your mind that is burnt out, and it just spreads... like wildfire, across the pacific oceans of your mind—draining every.. last..bit..of energy. Why does this keep happening to you? Even if it's not a complete burnout, why do you feel so tired and weary? Don't worry. I got you.
I'm going to tell you something so simple but yet so forgotten. Think about all the people you admire and all the amazing things people do. But guess what... they have the same 24 hours that you do. So they know how to organize, at least to some degree. It's not like they have 100 hours and can stay up 70 hours of that. No, they have the same time that you do. Think about all the differences and excuses you have in your mind. Now dump it into the trash because it doesn't exist. It is your own mental barrier that puts them in your mind above or drastically different from you.
It took me a moment to understand that instead of feeling like I need more time, There's not enough time. First, that's not the best affirmation to have. Secondly, it's the way I manage my time and how much I manage. One thing for sure is that I have no problem doing something that is challenging for me. I still could do it, but I needed a different approach.
Why am I saying all of this? The biggest thing I've learned about the usual with little organization. Just having one of these can make you feel burnt out.
Are you Doing Too Much
I have eaten more THAN I COULD chew, but I barely missed choking. superhero you think you are, but even superheroes have bad days and need rest.
