What are some of the challenges faced by women but more importantly, how do we overcome those challenges?
I would say that being able to be feminine and embracing the softer side of womanhood has been challenging because life puts us in difficult spaces where we are forced to be strong even in the midst of adversity. We are the ones taking on leadership in our families because most women are raising families, building businesses, and holding down the homefront on their own We overcome these challenges by maintaining our femininity by prioritizing self-care, wearing clothing is more feminine, scheduling downtime to have our hair, nails, or spa treatments done, and finding support among other women who are desirous of embracing themselves.

I was treating people from a place of anger and hurt but when I heard that quote it was switch flipped and I saw that I needed to change.
How does your business support women?

I help women discover the transformational power of self-love, and embody their inner strength. I teach them how to prioritize themselves through self-care which allows them to navigate the various demands of life without feeling overwhelmed or stressed so they can fulfil their goals, reach their fullest potential and live their life's purpose
