The best advice I was ever given came from my Mother She told me “People are going to talk about you whether it’s something bad or something good. Try to make it something good but that is not within your control. Doing good is in the eye of the beholder.”

My Mother has been the ultimate inspiration in my life I was 22 years old when she passed but she taught me life’s cheat sheet in that short period of time Did I know that throughout the years? No I realized later that many of our conversations were lessons to help me navigate life in the future. As a young person, you often think your parents don’t know what they’re talking about You think they’re old Things have changed since when they were young Well, just know that some things do change but many things stay the same.
