I feel the biggest challenge faced by women is not getting equal pay compared to men, even when women are qualified or exceed expectations. Being taken seriously or our opinions being taken into consideration. Feeling that if you work or work more, you aren't a good wife, friend, or mom. Being told we're too emotional with anger or sadness(or what it seems to them).

Now the great ways we can conquer these challenges for equal pay: Speaking up about the differences and taking solace in knowing that others are going through it. With 1 person, they might not hear you, but with 10 people, they have to hear it. When being taken seriously, it's sticking to what you believe and not standing down in the sight of fear.
It helps when others support others' ideas. If you like someone's statement or idea, say it. If you struggle with feeling like a bad mom, wife, or friend for working:
First, I say- you are not. The key for women is to have a great relationship with loved ones and create meaningful quality time with them.
Lastly, being seen as emotional, women can use that as fire and passion in what they believe in. The best advice ever given to me by another woman in my life, Is from my mom. She's always told me to "reach for the stars!"
