A retired Program Manager with the Chatham County Sheriff’s Office, Angela’s legacy of leadership continues as the Executive Director of the Summer Bonanza Partnership—a transformative mentoring program that uplifts and equips young people across the region.

Through her work at the Savannah Area Chamber of Commerce, she has helped strengthen the region’s economic growth— championing small businesses, nonprofits, and the tourism industry.
Tara leads a team of 50 Chamber ambassadors and plays an active role in Savannah’s Irish community, including serving on the Savannah Irish Festival committee. She also chaired the Savannah Center for Blind and Low Vision’s “Dining in the Dark” event in 2019 and 2020, raising awareness for an important cause.
One of her proudest moments was representing Kevin Barry’s Irish Pub in Dublin when it received the Irish Pubs Global Authenticity Award in 2016. Whether leading, supporting, or celebrating others, Tara remains committed to making a meaningful impact in the community she loves.
