What is a Wolfpack Club Representative?

Representative Expectations
Representative A Representative is appointed by the Wolfpack Club staff members. A person may be referred to be a Wolfpack Club Representative by another Representative. The goal is to have one Representative for every 25 members in each chapter. The Representative should maintain regular contact with the County Chair. County Chair A County Chair is selected from the pool of Representatives in a given chapter by a staff member of the Wolfpack Club. One should have been a Representative for at least three years before he/she can be named as County Chair. The County Chair is responsible for organizing the local events that are held in that chapter, such as Wolfpack Club caravans, golf tournaments, TV viewing parties, away game bus trips, etc. The County Chair is also the central point of communication in a given chapter. The County Chair may need to call all of the reps in his/her chapter together for a meeting, or remind them to attend a meeting, etc. The Chair also needs to communicate on a regular basis with the District Chair. District Chair The District Chairs of the Wolfpack Club are donors who have been Representatives and also County Chairs. The District Chairs have constant communication with the Wolfpack Club staff, as well as with their County Chairs and Representatives. The District Chair works hand in hand with the County Chair in planning special events, such as Wolfpack Club caravans, golf tournaments, viewing parties, bus trips, etc. The staff of the Wolfpack Club selects the District Chair. For the Spring Rep Workshop (held in conjunction with the spring football game) and the Fall Rep Meeting, the District Chair is responsible for following up with the County Chairs once notification of the meeting is received. The County Chairs are responsible for contacting their Representatives.
