My professional journey led me to be a part of several prestigious luxury architectural rms, culminating in a signi cant tenure of three years at Kobi Karp Architecture and Interior Design in Miami.

This experience enriched my expertise in luxury residential architecture, where I nd immense joy in creating dream homes for my clients.

The process of transforming their visions into stunning realities is the driving force behind my work.

My commitment to designing luxurious yet functional spaces is deeply in uenced by the principles of Neoplasticism, as demonstrated by Piet Mondrian, and the clean aesthetics of Minimalism.

The two-story single-family home is located on South Venetian Way in Miami and boasts a range of features and amenities. The rst oor includes an underground parking area with space for six vehicles, as well as storage rooms and depots.

Upon entering the rst level, you'll nd a spacious home theater, perfect for enjoying movies at home. There is also an o ce for those in need of a home workspace, as well as a guest bedroom to accommodate visitors.

Two rooms are designated for domestic sta ,providing separate accommodation for household employees.The kitchen is strategically positioned facing the bay, o ering panoramic views while preparing delicious meals. A generous living and dining area provides a comfortable and elegant space for relaxation.

Next to the in nity pool, which o ers breathtaking ocean views, there is a bar and lounge area, ideal for outdoor entertainment and relaxation.

The pool becomes the central focal point of the outdoor area, providing a place to cool o and enjoy the seaside scenery.

The second oor houses four bedrooms, a playroom, and a junior master suite. These rooms o er private spaces for family members and guests. The master bedroom features separate bathrooms and walk-in closets for him and her, adding an extra level of privacy and convenience.

A centrally located room at the front of the house o ers panoramic views of the ocean, creating a unique living experience.

The home features a spacious terrace with a pergola, creating a shaded outdoor area. Additionally, a game court and jacuzzi have been installed for entertainment and relaxation.

This two-story single-family home embraces a modern design with clean and simple lines. Contemporary materials, such as white poured concrete cantilevers and wooden lattice screens, adorn the entire facade of the house. The residence is located on the site where Al Capone once had his house in Miami.

Situated on a spacious lot, the home takes advantage of its length with a large parking and maneuvering area. At the front of the property, a generous garden welcomes you, while a re ecting pool separates the parking area from the main house. Floating steps lead you to the rst volume of the house, divided into two sections by a long corridor that provides a glimpse of the main volume.

Within the rst volume, you'll nd sta rooms and a spacious covered parking area with utility rooms, electrical rooms, and a storage area. On the other side of this volume, another re ecting pool opens up to the sky through a roof opening, with a tree piercing through the volume.

In front of this space, there is a gym, spa, and massage area.

Concluding the recreational and service area, another re ecting pool frames the entrance. Upon entering the home, you are greeted by an open-plan layout, with the exception of oating walls that de ne the pool and the bay of Miami, providing an ideal space for outdoor entertainment.

Ascending to the second oor, you'll nd a family area where loved ones gather in privacy.

There are four bedrooms and a generously sized master bedroom facing the bay, o ering breathtaking panoramic views.

In summary, this modern two-story single-family home boasts sleek and simple architectural features. Contemporary materials and the presence of re ecting pools create a sense of luxury and tranquility. The connection to nature and the stunning views of the Miami bay make this residence a special and unique space.

GURKHA, THE HEART OF THE WIND’S PARADISE Gurkha, an exclusive inn located in Adicora, Falcón State, Venezuela. With a modern and understated design, this inn features 12 simple rooms spread across the ground oor and upper oor. It also has a centrally located double-height lobby and a module with 6 double rooms, each equipped with a bathroom and walk-in closet.

Additionally, you’ll enjoy a social and recreational area that includes an air-conditioned restaurant with outdoor seating.

The game terraces o er breathtaking views of the sea, and amenities like a kite equipment store, an in nity pool facing the ocean, a sports area, and direct beach access ensure unforgettable moments.

Private parking and exclusive services are also available. All of this is framed within a unique concept that blends architectural elements from Nepal with the latest tropical trends.

NEPAL AND TROPICAL ARCHITECTURE The fusion of these styles creates a vibrant and distinctive approach, incorporating typical Nepali architectural features such as roof designs and ornamental elements with characteristics found in tropical environments. This results in a visually appealing, functional, and environmentally respectful project.

Natural Textures Using noble materials in construction is an intelligent choice, allowing for a cost-e ective building without compromising the comfort of the occupants.

Distinctive Elements Embracing elements that re ect cultural identity is a key premise in the project.

These elements contribute to a sense of belonging and connection with the surroundings, while also highlighting the beauty and uniqueness of the place .

The topography has a signi cant slope towards the back of the land, where the hill along with native vegetation dominates the view.

Situated in Los Roques, Venezuela's beautiful and tranquil setting, this hospitality complex comprises 10 private villas, each artfully merging traditional local architectural styles with contemporary sustainable design elements.

The villas, o ered in one and two-bedroom layouts, are constructed with locally sourced materials,such as native wood and stone, to ensure a low-impact presence in the tropical environment.

The design concept is anchored in the ethos of tropical living, with structures featuring expansive openings for cross-ventilation, broad roofs o ering ample shade, and the integration of solar technology underscoring a commitment to green energy.

These villas are thoughtfully placed within the dense greenery, reducing their visual footprint and amplifying the natural beauty of their settings, while strategic orientation allows for breathtaking views and personal seclusion.

The design hints at sophisticated water conservation practices, likely including collecting rainwater and reusing greywater, to sustain the island's delicate ecosystem.

Each villa exempli es how luxurious accommodations can coexist with environmental stewardship, creating spaces that are both respectful to the environment and rich in comfort and elegance, echoing the serene beaches and transparent waters that form their backdrop.

This complex stands as an ode to the fusion of ecological sensitivity with re ned living, o ering guests an immersive experience that is both responsible and indulgent in an architectural vernacular that re ects the timeless beauty of its island home.

The building is situated in front of the bay in East Bay Harbor, providing panoramic sea views.

The building o ers 88 parking spaces to ensure convenience for residents and visitors. On the rst oor, there are various amenities for the enjoyment of residents. A highlight is an indoor pool and a gym that overlooks the sea, providing a space to stay active and relaxed simultaneously.

On the rooftop of the building, there is a pool and private terraces for the four penthouses, o ering an exclusive area to enjoy the outdoors and panoramic views.

These spaces are ideal for relaxation, socializing, and savoring the pleasant climate and seaside environment.

In summary, this midrise residential building in East Bay Harbor o ers luxurious and modern living options.

Its architectural design, with a cantilevered element framing the facades, gives it a unique appeal.

This mid-rise residential building, designed to house 50 units with commercial amenities on the ground oor and additional facilities on the rooftop, is a quintessential representation of modern sustainable architecture.

The structure's façade is a harmonious blend of dark-toned concrete or stone, which imparts a sturdy and grounded demeanor, and warm wooden cladding adds a touch of organic sophistication.

The staggered arrangement of rectilinear volumes gives the building a dynamic and depth-enhanced pro le.

The extensive use of glass saturates the interiors with natural light and fosters a seamless transition between the indoor spaces and the verdant balconies that cascade down the building, creating private green oases for each residence.

These hanging gardens are not merely ornamental; they indicate a biophilic design principle meant to forge a connection between residents and the natural environment while contributing to the ecological bene ts of improved air quality and reduced urban heat.

The ground level is thoughtfully landscaped with a mix of local ora, integrating the building into its environment and o ering an inviting ambiance that extends to the commercial spaces.

Although not visible in the images, the rooftop likely serves as a hub for community interaction or sustainable practices, possibly featuring a garden, leisure area, or environmental initiatives such as solar panels.

The headquarters of Utopia Development in Punta Cana, Dominican Republic, occupy a 150 m2 space characterized by a cohesive design that integrates warmth, modernity, and professionalism.

Upon entry, visitors are greeted by an impressive wooden feature wall in the reception lobby, which o ers a blend of privacy and openness.

The o ce layout, cleverly designed with a central open hallway and glass partitions, fosters a collaborative atmosphere by maintaining visual connectivity.

The space is bathed in natural light, not only enhancing the mix of wood, glass, and marble surfaces but also re ecting our commitment to sustainable design.

The executive o ces, including those of the CEO and vice president, are strategically placed to o er commanding views and re ect our leadership and decision-making.

Workstations are arranged to optimize interaction and productivity, while ergonomic seating ensures comfort. The conference room, anchored by a substantial marbled table, has integrated technology and strategic lighting, making it ideal for formal presentations and collaborative sessions.

The interior's material palette and clever use of linear lighting elements create a sophisticated environment re ecting the company's solid standing in the development sector.

The design fosters a seamless work ow and impresses visitors and sta with the company's commitment to quality and innovation.

The Grupo Gabanes headquarters in Valencia, Venezuela, is an expansive 400 m2 o ce space that has been skillfully renovated to create an environment that is both modern and inviting.

The reception lobby is the rst encounter for visitors, featuring a unique blend of organic and contemporary design elements, a striking wooden ceiling that draws the eye upward, and a reception desk that marries marble with wood. The space is completed with sleek, comfortable seating and subtle branding that leaves a lasting rst impression.

The o ce's working area is designed with an open-plan concept, fostering employee collaboration and openness. Overhead, distinctive circular lighting xtures in green and red add a vibrant color.

At the same time, wooden slats continue the natural theme of the lobby, providing both aesthetic appeal and acoustic bene ts. The area is equipped with modern, minimalist furniture that allows for exibility and movement within the space.

Moving up the stairs, visitors and sta are led to the administrative and management areas, where the design continues to emphasize clean lines and the textural interplay between wood, metal, and fabric. The sense of sophistication is palpable. The space o ers private and semi-private workspaces that cater to both focused work and interactive engagements, ensuring its e ciency and functionality.

The conference room is the epitome of modern corporate design. A grand wooden table takes center stage, surrounded by ergonomic chairs that ensure comfort during prolonged meetings.

Wood elements continue across the ceiling and walls, bringing warmth to the space, while glass partitions maintain an open feel. The design of the conference room encapsulates the brand's identity: innovative, collaborative, and forward-thinking. Throughout the renovation, the design successfully integrates the company's brand with functional spaces that inspire and enable productivity.

It's a space re ecting Grupo Gabanes' commitment to their work and team, with an aesthetic that balances professional rigor with welcoming warmth.

Within a 200-square-foot sanctuary of the new wellness center concept, the interior design thoughtfully nods to minimalist principles while embodying a sense of modern comfort.

Clients are welcomed into a rejuvenating environment for IV therapy, where the seating is gracefully integrated into a feature wall that balances straight lines with discrete, gentle curves.

The design is anchored by the warmth of wooden slats on the ceiling, harmoniously paired with soft, ambient lighting that runs in tandem, highlighting the sophisticated simplicity of the space.

The reception desk and furniture feature gentle curvatures that subtly soften the overall aesthetic, ensuring the interior does not become austere but remains inviting and calm.

Functionality and tranquility are at the forefront of this wellness center's design, providing clients with a restful backdrop to refuel their energy.

Every detail and contour within the space has been considered to enhance the therapeutic experience, o ering a discreet nod to minimalism that complements the center's wellness ethos.

E ciency and quality, Technology and innovation. We aimed to create a commercial space that re ects the essence of its products and the wonderful experience they o er to their customers when incorporating them into their skincare routine.

The distribution concept focuses on using the facial scanning area as a central point to attract customers towards the back of the store, where they can test the products.

Additionally, a lateral path has been designed that includes a display of products on illuminated curved shelves framed by mirrors, creating a sense of spaciousness in the area.

The checkout counter is strategically located in the central area at the back, ensuring that the customer navigates through the entire store. Every design element was carefully conceived to harmonize with the rest of the space. We made sure that the execution was entirely realistic, re ecting it in our drawings.
