A total of 670 lots were available in Wodonga in 2022, with Baranduda-Leneva releasing 453 lots, followed by West Wodonga 146 and Wodonga 71.

Building approvals by value in Wodonga in 2022 exceeded $211 million off the back of a strong residential housing market.

The census of population and housing aims to accurately count the number of people in Australia, their key characteristics, and the dwellings in which they live. It is conducted by the Australian Bureau of Statistics once every five years.
