Come along to a leisure paddling session to experience for yourself the real benefits of dragon boating. Dragon boat paddling is good for the body, mind and mood. Enjoy a gentle paddle in a supportive team environment that will leave you feeling good. A free afternoon tea is provided after the session.

You will be shown how to paddle and all equipment will be supplied. Please wear comfortable clothes, a hat and shoes that can get a little wet. Bring water and something warm to wear after paddling. The Wodonga Men’s Shed is a place for men to come together, socialise, share and develop their skills and relate their experiences. It’s a place to build on the wellbeing of men, especially those who are experiencing loneliness, depression, limited social interactions and other mental health conditions.

The open week will feature tours of the facilities and an overview of activities. The highlight of the open week will be an open day on Wednesday, October 4, when there will be a sausage sizzle and examples of member’s work in the Wodonga community displayed.
