TRANSPORT One of Wodonga’s strengths as an event destination is its ease of access.

Albury Airport is located just 15 minutes from Wodonga CBD. It offers more than 160 direct flights weekly to and from Sydney and Melbourne. Regional Express, QantasLink and Virgin Australia service the airport.

Charter services for corporate groups and individuals are also available to and from Albury Airport through Forest Air and Smartair.

Extensive coach and train services are available between Melbourne, Canberra and Sydney, as well as many other regional centres.

For car clubs and motoring enthusiasts, Wodonga is strategically located about three hours north of Melbourne and six hours south of Sydney on the Hume Freeway. Canberra is only 3.5 hours’ drive away along the Barton and Hume Highways.

North Auditorium seating bank

THE AUDITORIUM The Cube Wodonga’s auditorium has tiered theatre style seating for up to 404 people, located across two levels accessible via lifts or stairs.

This multipurpose flat floor facility is incredibly versatile featuring retractable tiered seating which transforms the space from theatre style to conference mode in minutes holding up to 900 patrons standing room only. Alternatively, it can seat up to 310 people at round tables for conferences or dinners.

The auditorium can be divided into two sections for smaller functions or concurrent plenary sessions (north and south). Large acoustic Dorma doors to the auditorium can be opened out onto the grassed courtyard, increasing auditorium capacity and creating a unique indoor-outdoor performance and conference setting, perfect for expos or trade shows..

The Auditorium is ideal for small or large conferences, presentations, workshops, expos, formal dinners and performances and comes fully equipped with state of the art lighting, audio and AV.

MEETING ROOM The meeting room is a light-filled boardroom ideal for training sessions or team planning days, seating up to 22 in U-shape or up to 50 theatre style. The room is equipped with conference furniture, a projector with screen, whiteboard, flip chart, and video-conferencing facilities. Conviently located in the CBA with ample car parking, access to in-house catering and friendly tech support.

Transportation and time costs for in person meetings could add up to large expenses. Entrepreneurs, small businesses and other remote workers can save a lot through using videoconferencing for their meetings. The Cube has several meeting rooms with HD video conferencing and AV capabilities setup and ready to go, suitable for one on one or larger groups. The Cube can also provide assistance to ensure your events go smoothly, provide catering and online registrations.

GREEN ROOM Our green room is located at the rear entrance of the venue and can be accessed by the main foyer or by private access via the stage door.

It has easily accessible toilets, kitchenette, lots of natural light and a small private patio area.

The room is equipped with conference furniture, a 60-inch screen, whiteboard and flip chart, and video-conferencing facilities.

Located in the CBA with ample car parking, access to in house catering and friendly tech support, the green room is suitable for smaller meetings and training sessions. This room can seat up to 20 theatre style, 15 U-Shape or nine classroom style.

It is located near two fully appointed back of house meeting rooms which can be used for small breakout sessions as required.

BACK OF HOUSE MEETING ROOMS Doubling as our dressing rooms, our back of house meeting rooms have natural light, are private and perfect for small meetings, interviews or training sessions.

These rooms are extremely popular as they are an affordable option and can accommodate up to 20 people board room style, 18 in U-Shape, 30 in theatre style and can also be divided into two smaller rooms.

Each of the two spaces has an in-built 50-inch screen, use of a laptop, remote clicker/keyboard, and a whiteboard or flip chart. An additional 70-inch screen display can be available on request.

FOYER Our large, high-ceilinged and light-filled foyer offers direct access to all areas within The Cube Wodonga.

This space serves as a perfect location for conference registrations, catering, networking gatherings and cocktail receptions.

The foyer can also be set up for training sessions, theatre-style board meetings and as a breakout space for conferences taking place in the auditorium.

A fully licensed bar featuring a range of local beers and wines is located in the foyer, or we can provide pop up bar locations to suit your events needs.

COURTYARD The Cube Wodonga’s courtyard is located between The Cube Wodonga and the Library Gallery. It is both paved and grassed and is suitable for a variety of events including expos marketing and entertainment options.

This area can accommodate up to 1500 people depending on the event set up.

The courtyard has easy access for vehicles, access to water and power for your event and features a permanent large outdoor LED screen for your promotional materials, movies or live streaming.

This also makes the area ideal for product launches, registration events and community gatherings.
