BON SECOURS WARWICK HEALTH FOUNDATION

The Bon Secours Warwick Health Foundation invites you to make a difference for patients in our community. As Warwick and surrounding areas grow, so does the need for advanced surgical care. St. Anthony Community Hospital performs thousands of surgeries each year and, with the recent addition of a top spine surgeon, is expanding its capabilities to offer even more specialized procedures.

Your support will help fund a third Stryker 1788 Camera Platform — a state-of-the-art system that enhances precision in the operating room. Its advanced fluorescence and 4K imaging allow surgeons to see critical anatomy with greater clarity for safer, minimally invasive procedures, and faster recovery times.

Thanks to generous donors, two systems are already in use. Help us reach our $225,000 goal to fund a third and keep exceptional care close to home.

Because of You

Charitable gifts from friends like you have made possible:

• New equipment and technology for surgical suites

• Upgrades to patient rooms in our Kennedy Birthing Center

• New Orthopedic Surgery Equipment and environmental of care improvements for Orthopedic Patient Rooms

• New TVs throughout St. Anthony Community Hospital

• New computers for the nurses station at Schervier Pavilion

WELCOME TO THE

HAGEN OASIS & HAGEN HOMESTEAD

Suelene and Daryl Hagen  43 Chester Hill Road, Warwick, NY

Our Home, Our Haven

Our home — affectionately known as Hagen Oasis in the summer and Hagen Homestead in the winter — is an enjoyable gathering place for family and friends.

My husband and I are proud parents of two wonderful sons: our 21-yearold Bryce served two years in the Army based in Fairbanks, Alaska, and our 18-year-old Jack is a recent high-school graduate attending SUNY Orange to study criminal justice. Together, we have built a home full of love, laughter, and lasting memories, set against the beautiful backdrop of the Appalachian Mountains and Hudson Highlands.

Opening our home for Winding through Warwick is my way of giving back to the community that has given so much to my family. Supporting St. Anthony means helping ensure families have access to quality healthcare close to home, supporting local jobs that keep our community strong, and raising funds for dementia care — a cause that touches so many lives.

It is my hope that, in some small way, we can make a difference for the people of Warwick today and for generations to come. - Suelene Hagen

Over the years, we have hosted exciting game nights, cooking competitions, pool parties, and special occasions — we have even hosted a wedding and were recently chosen as the location for a short film!

Designed for Living and Relaxation

Every corner of our home was created with both beauty and function in mind. I love taking charge of the decorating, paying close attention to every detail, while my husband and sons are always nearby, lending a hand with hanging pictures or unpacking totes.

In summer, the Hagen Oasis pool is our favorite place to be. With waterfalls, a jacuzzi, and lush greenery, it offers both relaxation and the perfect setting for lively gatherings. When the cooler months arrive, we gravitate to the family room, where a large, cozy fireplace anchors our fall and winter traditions.

Holidays, Games, and Gnome Magic

The holiday season is when our home truly shines. Each year, we host a Christmas cooking competition — inspired by the show “Chopped” — followed by festive games that keep the spirit alive. My passion is decorating with gnomes — there’s a gnome for every season and in every room, bringing a touch of whimsy and warmth all year round.

WELCOME TO THE

LUCAS FAMILY HOME

Ingrid Lucas  16 Weldon Way, Warwick, NY

Where Adventure Meets Home

Our family is always on the move. With three adventurous children, life is never dull. From hiking mountain trails to racing down snowy slopes, and from wrestling mats to jiu jitsu competitions, we bond through sports, travel, and time spent together. Every day feels like a new adventure, and our home has grown along with us.

Gathering Spaces, Lasting Memories

Our house is full of light and life. The high ceilings and large windows bring in so much natural light that our houseplants thrive, and the open spaces allow us to entertain family and friends. One of my favorite touches is the bar, crafted by my children’s great-grandfather from an old church door — it is a beautiful reminder of our family history.

Our family has been part of Winding through Warwick since 1995, back when it was called the “Holly Trail”. As longtime Warwick residents, giving back to the community has always been important to us. Supporting our neighbors and helping to keep Warwick thriving are values we hold close to our hearts.

- Ingrid Lucas

In the summer, we spend countless hours on our back patio, and as the crisp fall days arrive, we gather around the fire pit, making s’mores, and enjoying the evenings. When the snow begins to fall, we move indoors and gather around our cozy fireplace, filling the house with laughter, stories, and warmth.

Traditions of Joy (and Dessert!)

The holidays are always a special time in our home. Every Christmas since 1996, we play a traditional Danish game with dice and “risalamande,” a pudding dessert with a hidden almond. The lucky person who finds the almond gets a special gift!

I also love decorating with our Santa Claus collection, a tradition shared with my mother and a few cherished friends. These figurines, gathered from corners of the world by my children’s grandmother, fill our home with whimsy and warmth. Queen Anne’s Lace, a symbol of sanctuary and angelic protection, graces a Christmas picture, while Moravian stars hang throughout, reflecting both Christian hope and peace, and our family’s German heritage. Some of the origami stars adorning the tree were crafted by my children’s grandmother more than 50 years ago, carrying history and love in every crease. And outside, our playful gnomes keep watch, sprinkling magic and cheer as they protect the home.

WELCOME TO THE

JEREMIAH MOREHOUSE

The Dahlstrom Family  11 Hathorn Road, Warwick, NY

A Historic Home, A New Beginning

Stepping into my new home this past April was like stepping back in time, where every detail tells a story. The Jeremiah Morehouse Home is listed on the National Register of Historic Places, an original 18th-century Georgian architecture with thoughtful updates, and wood floors that reflect centuries of life and character. Although the furnishings are still a work in progress, I have quickly come to love the house’s charm. Adding to its lively atmosphere is my daughter, who will turn 19 in December and is studying microbiology at the University of Vermont.

I support St. Anthony because I’m a huge fan of Barb Sullivan and the incredible work she leads. But more than that, I love knowing that our support helps families in Warwick access high-quality healthcare close to home. Participating in Winding through Warwick is my way of giving back and celebrating our community while supporting this important cause. - Anders Dahlstrom

Character in Every Corner

Our home has undergone renovations, but one thing remains true: its original beauty still shines in every detail — from the historic floors built in 1767 to the dining room doorway (which once served as the front entrance!). This home preserves the tradition of gracious country living.

I am especially fond of the staircase and the library, both of which capture the home’s unique character. Outside, the side porch has become one of my favorite spots, offering a quiet space to enjoy the view.

Keeping Traditions on Track

I moved to the United States from Sweden in 1998 and brought many Nordic traditions with me. At Christmas time, we always decorate a real tree — never artificial — and enjoy classic dishes such as salted ham with spicy mustard, Swedish meatballs, and pickled herring.

One of our most treasured heirlooms is a train set that circles the tree with its nearly 100-year-old engine that once belonged to my grandfather. This year, my family and I hope to get the train up and running as we decorate for the holiday season, with our Rhodesian Ridgeback, Nikki, keeping a watchful eye. It’s a tradition I hold close to my heart.

WELCOME

TO THE

CASA RIVERA

The Rivera Family  15 Sandfort Lane, Warwick, NY

From City Lights to Warwick Nights

Casa Rivera is more than just a house — it’s the place where our blended family comes together to celebrate love, laughter, and lasting traditions. After getting engaged, Len and I found our way from New York City to Warwick in December 2022, instantly drawn to its charm, energy, and sense of community.

Together with my 16-year-old daughter, Crystal, and our Bernedoodles, Bogey and Benny, we’ve created a warm, welcoming space. Len’s two adult children, LJ and Briann, and grandson, Julian, remain close in spirit from Tampa. Rooted in our Puerto Rican and Ecuadorian heritage, we are proud to carry forward the values of family, culture, and connection in all we do. Casa Rivera is the heart of our story.

Our ‘why’ comes from the heart. As a blended family rooted in community, we believe in showing up for the places and people who make Warwick feel like home. We’re both in the healthcare industry, and Len’s mom and sister are nurses, so we’ve seen firsthand how much hospitals mean to the families they serve. By opening our doors for Winding through Warwick, we’re honoring their dedication and helping ensure St. Anthony can continue providing quality care close to home, because when someone you love needs help, having the right care just around the corner makes all the difference. - Karla and Leonardo Rivera

Where Comfort Meets Connection

Built in 1990, Casa Rivera is a classic center colonial with a modern twist. After a six-month renovation, we made it our own — blending comfort with our personal style. Every corner tells part of our story and reflects our love for family and connection.

At the heart of our home is a spacious great room, where we gather for family dinners, game nights, or quiet evenings by the fire. Outside, our backyard oasis features a pool, outdoor kitchen, and plenty of space for Bogey and Benny to play. Whether it’s sunny summer afternoons or cozy winter nights, Casa Rivera shifts with the seasons but always keeps family at its center.

Traditions Woven with Love

Our holiday traditions are a joyful blend of Puerto Rican and Ecuadorian heritage with a touch of Warwick magic. We begin by decorating the great room and fireplace, filling the air with music and the aromas of pasteles, arroz con gandules, and dulce de leche treats. Christmas Eve is filled with laughter and loved ones, while Christmas morning is spent in pajamas by the fire, opening gifts, and enjoying leftovers. With each year, our collection of ornaments, a cherished nativity, and festive accents grows, making the season even more meaningful. I lead the decorating, with Len and Crystal nearby to lend a hand — or simply keep me company as the vision comes to life.

WELCOME TO THE

PEACH GROVE HOUSE

Keith and Lorena Craven  1572 NY-17A, Warwick, NY

Please no parking on Rt. 17A

Trading Coasts for the Hudson Valley

While many empty nesters choose to downsize, my husband, Keith, and I took the opposite path — pursuing our dream of owning a historic home. In 2024, we purchased the iconic Peach Grove House and, today, we run it as a five-bedroom bed and breakfast together, curating memory-filled experiences for every guest.

Our journey to Peach Grove House began worlds apart. I grew up in Buenos Aires, Argentina, while Keith was born at Good Samaritan Hospital in Suffern. Fate brought us together in Los Angeles, where we fell in love, married, and raised our two sons, Tomas, 28, and Juan, 24, in the Pacific Palisades. Though both sons still call California home, Keith and I are happily rooted here in Warwick, living out our dream.

We believe the pillars of a strong community are its schools, churches, and hospitals. Though we’ve only lived in Warwick for 15 months, our hearts are already here. For years, we have supported hospital foundations in Santa Monica, and Keith and I look forward to building that same tradition of giving here. When the opportunity came to open our doors for Winding through Warwick, we jumped at the chance — not only to support St. Anthony Community Hospital financially, but also to share our time and our home with this community we now gratefully call our own.

- Keith and Lorena Craven

Where History Meets Hospitality

Peach Grove House was built in 1850 by Colonel William F. Wheeler in anticipation of his son, Isaac Van Duzer Wheeler, marriage to Ms. Phoebe A. Bull. That same year, it won first prize at the Orange County Fair for luxuries almost unheard of at the time — running water, electricity, and an indoor bathroom.

Nearly two centuries later, the striking Greek Revival architecture still captivates with its beauty and scale. Inside, 13-foot ceilings, nine-foot doors, and wide pine plank floors showcase its timeless craftsmanship, while outside, quarried stone walls stand as a testament to 175 years of history. Our favorite retreat is the three-season room, where we watch sunsets turn the sky pink and gold, and evenings unfold beneath a sweep of stars

Holidays, Traditions, and Timeless Charm

For us, the holidays are about gathering with loved ones. The celebration begins with midnight Mass, followed by a joyful morning of exchanging gifts and a mid-afternoon feast where everyone contributes — appetizers, mains, desserts, and toasts that last well into the evening.

Decorating the Christmas tree is a tradition passed down by Keith’s mother and stepfather. Over the years, our collection of Santas, nutcrackers, and crystal ornaments has grown with each trip throughout the United States and Europe! These days, Keith and I do most of the decorating, but the spirit remains the same: Christmas carols playing, hot chocolate, eggnog, or bubbly in hand.

WELCOME TO THE

SHALIMAR ALPACA FARM

Patricia and Olivier Gillotin  164 East Ridge Road, Warwick, NY

An outdoor tour!

From Around the World to Warwick

The holidays — especially Thanksgiving — have always been special for our family. In 1986, my husband, Olivier, and I traveled from Mexico to the United States over Thanksgiving weekend, beginning a new chapter in our lives. I’m originally from Bogotá, Colombia, and Olivier is from Brittany, France. We have two wonderful adult daughters — fluent in English, French, and Spanish — that keep us closely connected to our cultures and traditions.

It feels fitting that, many years later, over Thanksgiving weekend in 2003, Shalimar Alpaca Farm came to life. Our story began with a dream I carried for years — to raise animals whose wool I could spin, dye, and weave myself. My studio (which I hope you’ll visit) has four looms — two large and two small — and it’s my happy place.

Warwick is our home, and we are thrilled to support St. Anthony Community Hospital in this wonderful fundraiser, Winding through Warwick. By opening our farm, we hope to bring smiles and joy to our community as you stroll our property. We are grateful to have such skilled medical professionals in our hometown! - Patricia Gillotin

At first, I imagined raising sheep, but after some research, Olivier discovered they might be too noisy! His curiosity led us to alpacas instead, and soon three females and their babies arrived. That Thanksgiving, our adventure with these gentle, soulful animals began — and they’ve been part of our lives ever since.

Where Creativity and Nature Come Together

Alpacas have such calm, curious personalities, and they’ve truly captured our hearts. Today, we have 31 alpacas, including four babies born in 2024 and four more this year. Their fleece is soft, hypoallergenic, and water-resistant, and comes in 22 natural shades — perfect for creating beautiful textiles. Baby alpacas, called “crias”, usually weigh between 10–17 pounds and grow up surrounded by lots of love here on the farm.

I use the wool from our alpacas to create unique woven and handmade pieces, dyeing each one with plants grown right here in Warwick. Olivier, who has a wonderful creative spirit, has developed his own collection of perfumes and candles inspired by life on the farm. Together, we’ve built a place where art, nature, and love intertwine every day.

Holiday Joy and Community Spirit

The holidays at Shalimar Alpaca Farm are full of gratitude, warmth, and joy. We love welcoming visitors to meet our animals, tour the studio, and see the process behind what we create. And of course, our dogs and cats are always happy to greet guests too!

Wishing Everyone a Ver y Happy Holiday and a Healthy New Year!

Barb and Steve Sullivan

May your holiday season sparkle with moments of love, laughter, and goodwill.

Merry Christmas!
