Marketing Plan
Pricing - I will assist you with the pricing of your home based on a competitive market analysis. This will help you set the best price on your home so that it will sell within your time frame.
Staging - I will assist you with preparing your home for sale. At this time I will recommend repairs/maintenance or other improvements to contribute to a good first impression. I will bring in a professional stager for a 2 hour consultation prior to the home being put on the market.
Referrals - I will provide referrals to competent maintenance workers and contractors, and if necessary, coordinate their work. This can be especially convenient if your home is vacant or you are out of town.
WK sign - I will place one of WK’s signs on your property.
Multiple Listing Service (MLS) - I will enter your home’s information into both the Boulder and Denver MLS systems. There will be 35 photos (maximum allowable amount) of your home placed on these sites. I will enter the property with accurate, complete and appropriate information.
Color Brochures - Brochures will be generated for potential buyers to pick up inside your home.
Brochure Box - A brochure box will be placed on the WK sign. It will be stocked with extra brochures and refilled as needed.
Lockbox - I will place a lockbox on your property to increase showings and provide you with security.
Internet Advertising - www.realtor.com, www.wkre.com, www.coloproperty.com, and my website
Advertising - Your home will be advertised monthly in the Daily Camera newspaper, on the WK website and on my website.
Who’s Who in Luxury Real Estate - WK advertises luxury real estate in this magazineEstates West (www.luxuryrealestate.com)
Newspaper Advertising - Daily Camera for Open House and New Listing ads. I have the opportunity to place an ad in the Wall Street Journal every three months.
Virtual Tour - A virtual tour of your home will be ordered. This tour will be accessible from websites such as Realtor.com, wkre.com, Coloproperty.com and Iresis.com as well as my website. Many buyers use tools such as the internet to find a prospective house.
Individual Property Website - Your home will have a personal website that is specific to only your property. A sign rider will be added to the WK sign directing people to the website. The website will also be added to the brochure and any ads that are run.
