Dramatically outfitted space for small and large bridal parties Featuring 84” LCD TV, pool table, gaming system, lounging area, full bath with shower and ample room to sit back and enjoy the day

CEREMONY Pavilion

The open air pavilion sits overlooking the romantic landscape of the entire farm Appointed with antique pews, chandeliers, draping, removable wooden cross and removable window siding enabling the space to be heated during winter months

COCKTAIL Pavilion

The perfect place to host a cocktail hour as guests soak up sunsets and views of the farm Featuring bistro lighting, portable bars, two gas fire pits, lounge seating, bistro tables with chairs & umbrellas and portable heaters

RECEPTION Barn

Modernized two-story facility with a lovely urban farmhouse style Captivating chandelier over the dance floor, climate controlled, four indoor restrooms, built in bar, enhanced A/V system and an extensive lighting package Venue is ADA compliant

Florals, design & decor are curated to match your vision and are brought to life by our professional hands

We take pride in the level of event and floral design offered to our clients Within the package, clients will participate in a full design meeting with our incredible team of event and floral designers You will work closely with our team to visualize and creatively design the ceremony and reception space in order to bring to life your wedding visions

From bridal party flowers to altar arrangements to lush florals and ambient candles on each guest table, we will create a personalized atmosphere for each wedding day that will beautifully and thoughtfully welcome couples, their friends and family into truly a dream come true wedding experience

We carry an abundant selection of floral vessels, candle holders, decor items, frames and more - all keeping up to the current wedding trends

During your design meeting, you will not only get to visualize your floral containers, ceremony space, and overall decor for your big day, but you will also get to hand select your serve ware

We offer a variety of china patterns, cutlery patterns, linens, and glassware options that you and your planner will get to put together to truly visualize what your guests will see as they enter your reception

Where are the closest accommodations?

The closest accommodations are in the Franklin/Cool Springs Area.

What is the venue’s maximum capacity?

Mint Springs Farm can accommodate 250 seated guests

Do you offer plated dinner service rather than the included buffet?

Yes, you can upgrade your meal service to plated or family style

Can we bring in our own alcohol?

No, we exclusively use G Catering and their bar packages

How much is alcohol?

Packages range from $30-60 per person + bar staff

What time can we arrive on property and what's the latest we can stay?

The earliest arrival time is 8:00 am and our receptions end no later than 11:00 pm

How much parking do you offer?

We have 70 paved spaces and a gravel overflow lot that can accommodate an additional 50 cars We can accommodate 120 cars total

Do you require shuttles for guest transportation?

We require shuttles only if guest count is over 200

Can I bring in outside food vendors for desserts or late night snacks?

Yes, you can bring in outside licensed vendors for desserts or late night snack options, including food trucks

Can we leave cars on property overnight?

We ask that all cars be removed at the end of an event, however if safety is a concern and guests are not able to drive their car off property, we ask for cars to be removed between 10:00am-12:00pm the following day If we have a wedding the next day, all cars left on-site must be removed before 10:00am the following day *All cars left onsite after 10:00am will get towed

How much does the average couple spend on upgrades?

After adding on bar and other optional upgrades on floral or decor, couples generally spend spend anywhere between 10-30k
