She gets interested in a rumor about a vault under the city housing and decided to investigate the tale. Further later, we find out the tale is true, and the world is doomed if the book is ever take

Lilith the Red Witch
Lilith the Witch is the local town witch of the town of Brightwall. She provides the town with miracles. Her expertise in magic includes plant manipulation and magic tool proficiency, which include broom flight training and potion creation, and lastly, emotional magic with an indepth proficiency in fire magic. During her time at the witches academy, she was given the nickname the red witch. For how good she was with her fire magic, she embraces this nickname by wearing red, slowly becoming more of an obsection.
William Smith
Willam Smith is a local farmer; he inherits a wheat farm from her late parents before they died. The early years of farming were hard times; crops were dying, and all hope seemed lost until a new resident moved to town. A perculatler witch named Lilith, who at first seemed a little odd in the eyes of Willam. Lilith helped Willam. Problems with his crops with her. Plant manipulation magic: as a thank you for saving his life, Willam started supplying her with local crops, which she later used for magical experiments. This blossomed into Later on, Lilith gifted Willam a red overcoat, which he treasures and wears every day.
Lilith’s bedroom when she first moved to the town of Brightwall was a simple room with a basic bed and table, but after helping Willam with his troubles and fully committing to staying in the town, Willam helped her renovate her place to be more like what she loves, the color red, and adding a bit of his own spice to it with the zebra stripe floor. Lilith made and gifted Willam his red overcoat, which he wears all the time.
Town of Brightwall
The Town of Brightwall is a small rural community comprised of mostly farmers that houses a witch who provides them with the mystical works as a thank you to the witch for moving and helping out the town. They painted their roofs red.
