Steps to book your team within the event block at a given property
1. Call the phone number on the hotel sheet for the property you would like to set reservations at.
a. **You MUST call the hotel to get the rates promoted on the sheet and be included in the block. **.
2. Ask to speak with the sports or groups sales manager on property that deals with group blocks in regards to the event and date range you are looking for.
a. TIP: It is recommended to call the properties Monday – Friday during the work day hours to get a strong chance of speaking directly with a sales manager to book your team.
3. Give the sales manager the event name, name of your team, and sport you are associated with so that can help them to sort out what groups are at their property.
4. The sales manager will walk you through all the proper steps to get the block set up for your team and you can communicate with the hotel for all hotel-based questions and inquires you have along the way.

The Community First Champion Center is one of the Midwest’s premier indoor court and ice sport complexes. Facility amenities include the Festival Foods Grill, the Badger State Brewing Parent’s Lounge, Advanced Physical Therapy & Sports Medicine, and the Champion Links Golf Simulator.
