• Involved in various projects such as Industrial building, Mine, Warehouse, Office, Residential, and etc on it’s respective design phase

• Worked in teams as a sole or one of architects and coordinated with other engineer, senior architect and project manager

• Ensured the building design accordant with government regulation and other additional regulation such as FM Global if needed

• Created 3d model in revit and sketch up as needed

Located in Java Integrated Industrial & Ports Estate (JIIPE), LINDE undertakes contract for the supply, installation and operation of Air Separation Plant to produce and deliver gaseous oxygen and gaseous nitrogen to PTFI‘s Copper Smelter Plant.

Bita has been awarded to carry out the engineering design, regulatory permit consultancy & construction management services.

To overcome the complex interface between buildings, foundations, piping, wiring and equipment in plant area, we make revit model of each engineering dicipline. The model is exported and combined with equipment coordination model from Linde engineer in navisworks. If any clash detected, we will discuss further to resolve the issues.

Scope of the project included value engineering, re-adjusted and evaluated initial design recieved from client, provided detail engineering drawing for approval, tender and construction and backing up procurement teams on construction phase.

Value engineering and site development had finished on 2020, but the project kept on hold as covid situation getting worse. On mid 2021 the project started again with some design adjustment and started the construction on early 2022.

PROJECT 03

Kohler Kitchen and Bath Group planed to build new manufacturing plant in Indonesia and hired Bita as its architecture and engineering concultant.

Bita already started the project since 2017, thus I got involved when the project under construction.

As there is some adjustment regarding equipment layout in the plant, we produced additional detail drawing after coordinated with other engineer. The approved construction drawing will be used by contractor as reference for shop drawing. We had weekly design meeting and weekly construction meeting regularly. We also did site visit a couple of time to discussed about building material and other technical issues. By the end of the project we sign as-built drawings and conclude the project

PT Karawang Bukit Golf want to transform undeveloped land in Sedana into a premium integrated development consist of mixed use commercial area and upperclass golf residence.

In the conceptual masterplanning design, we need to consider traffic development plan, zone designation, building mass configuration and overall development phase. Then, In addition of following client plan and request we refer to local code to decide Building Covered Ratio, Gross Floor Area, Building Height, Green Area Ratio, Total occupants, etc.

There are 4 groups of mixed use area consist of apartment, shopping center, hospital, gym and office complex. For landed house residential there are 4 clusters with one club house for resident and golfer.

Site Plan

All consultant involved in this 52 storey residential building project used autodesk revit. This is so helpful to make coordination faster and more efficient.

As a local architect in this project, Quadratura teams responsible to make sure that this building is in accordance with local regulation and help client on permit process. Other than that, we worked and discussed about safety system, building occupancy and circulation system, utility system, material and detailed engineering drawing with all personnel that involved in the project.
