Winston Transitions is an individualized day program for students ages 17 to 21+ with learning differences who need more time before launching into higher education or the workforce. Individualization and understanding are at the core of what we do. At Winston, we know that a one-size-fits-all approach doesn’t work for neurodivergent students. Our San Francisco campus offers programming options tailored to each student’s learning profile, social-emotional needs, and future goals.
We’ve always been anxious about this next phase - how we get our son, with his unique set of challenges and strengths - over the threshold and into the world of college and work. Whether your focus is on one-to-one, academic, or employability or all three, our expert educators continually assess how your child responds to their individualized skill development plan and adjust our teaching approach and programming accordingly. At Winston Prep, we call this the Continuous Feedback System.
