The essence of symbiosis is based on interaction with people, which can be face-to-face dialogue or eye contact.
With a highly public and open space that is both urban and community-oriented, this project creates a platform for community residents and citizens to live and communicate together.

Talking about the façade and interior partitions, the spaces are separated by non-obstructive, transparent or semi-transparent ways, so that people can easily observe the behavior of people around them when they move inside or outside the building. By seeing the scenery of others' lives, this project hopes that people can create a little more imagination to their own lives.

Place a large cube and separate the east side and west side of the square.
MASS
Cut the mass to connect the squares on both sides and appropriately set back to leave spaces for residents.
Rotate the mass to create a guiding entrance plaza on the west side.
Place the lecture hall in the center of the mass to create a dramatic space and a wide view. The shade is on the west side of the building for the pedestrians. In addition, the southeast side of the building faces the temple, where the terrace is highlighted.
Under the terrace, there’s a semi-outdoor space for residents and children.

STOPOVER POINT is a place that combines co-working spaces and the INTZUITION Flagship Store with Accommodation.

This project is in West Central District in Tainan. There are some famous tourist attractions near the site, including Hai'an Road Art Street in the east and “The Spring” designed by MDRDV in the west. Therefore, in this project, the ground level connects two tourist attraction, creating a plaza for people to walk and rest.

The hotel is combined with the brand image of INTZUITION, a local metalwork jewelry brand in Taiwan. INTZUITION believes that jewelry is a medium to define the value of self. Also, they emphasize that being slow is the value of handmaking. Therefore, the hotel responds to the concept of IN -
TZUITION by creating a series of circulation. From the brand's flagship store, workshop, the studio where you can see the production process, finally to the photography studio where you can leave your own mark, the process of experiencing the spaces allows visitors to know more about INTZUI -
TION. Besides, the brand's favorite green spaces are added to the building, hoping that people can get away from the hustle and bustle for a while and slow down to discover themselves. The hotel rooms are also full of greenery, and the oblique arrangement of the rooms create, first, a sense of rhythm in the exterior façade, second, some staying space in the aisles, and third, private balconies.
The co-working space consists of a center social space, several small discussion rooms, and various workspaces. It connects workers of different fields and nature, encouraging communication activities rather than closed work. The large roof on the co-working space is a viewing platform.
The roof slopes down to southwest and faces The Spring, providing an excellent view for workers and hotel guests.

IN BETWEEN attempts to create a youth Entrepreneurship base that connects the city and the campus. This project is located in the old Dongning dormitories. The dormitories were duplexes with walls separating the families and enclosing their respective courtyards. This project maintains the single building characters of the old dormitories while opening up the walls and connecting the masses with the courtyard, creating a space to stay or transition and opening up the campus to the public.

The original buildings were separated by walls. Each volume was independent and the courtyards were enclosed.

The courtyards are open to become a public space, and the separate spaces on the second floor are linked by bridges, creating new courtyards between the buildings.

This project is located at the boundary of the campus. Considering that there is the special feature of connecting the city and the community, and facing the public, the east side of the base is expected to be used as stores. People can walk around the square formed by the courtyard, and one of the buildings is used as a café, while the rest are used for books and selected goods on the first floor for young entrepreneurs to sell their products. The second floor is a small workshop for young entrepreneurs, and the space is integrated with the store so that young people can interact with the public at a close distance. In addition, semi-outdoor spaces and bridges connect the buildings, creating a new courtyard between the buildings, which can be used for relaxation or discussion. The west side of the site is a shared base for young entrepreneurs and students. On the first floor, there are multi-functional shared discussion rooms and a plaza for people to gather in between the masses. On the second floor, there are a co-working space and rental offices, providing users with multiple and flexible possibilities of uses.

On the east side, the original facades of the old dormitories are preserved, leaving the structural elements inside, removing most of the walls and opening up some of the floor slabs to increase the openness of the indoor commercial space while preserving the appearance of the old dormitories. The semi-outdoor terraces between the buildings are covered with glasses, extending the
