Situated at the western “deep-end” of Anderson Valley, Maggy Hawk is a Pinot Noir estate named after a favorite thoroughbred of Proprietor Barbara Banke. The 57acre estate encompasses four separate vineyard blocks. At 1.2 acres, Afleet is the smallest block, typically producing less than 200 cases annually. The 2009 Maggy Hawk Afleet Anderson Valley Pinot Noir displays bold cherry and raspberry character, accented by savory herb and spice notes. This double magnum is one of only a handful produced.
